MINUTES
Regular Meeting of May 28, 2014 at 7:30 pm

Present: John Davin, Craig Ferris, Kristen Hammar and Anne Peters; Not Present: Mary Curran and Sharon Salling; Staff Present: Tammy Hazen, Clerk.
Commissioner Hammar opened the meeting at 7:38 pm.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Ms. Peters motioned to approve the minutes of April 23, 2014, which was seconded by Ms. Hammar. Mr. Ferris and Mr. Davin abstained. The minutes were approved as written.
ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATIONS
IW #14-08 10 Taunton Lane, Ten Taunton Lane LLC. Application for minor grading in an upland review area.
ADJOURNMENT – Mr. Davin motioned to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Ferris seconded the motion which was approved unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:45 pm.
